My love of baking began with an Easy Bake Oven when I was just a little girl growing up in the mountains of Montana. I have always made decorated sugar cookies for my daughters' various sporting events (senior nights, end of year banquets, etc.) and friends began to ask if I could make cookies for their special events...thus Cookies by Karen began....it has been a fun journey! I LOVE baking and creating cookies that are fun and pretty, yet yummy to eat! Sugar cookies with Buttercream icing have become my signature treat for all sorts of occasions!
